Biblical Meditation is a way for renewing our minds, a way to blessing, and a way to open us up for revelation, visions, dreams and prophecy. It is way to learn and apply the Holy Scriptures. It is a way to bring the presence of God, to revisit a manifestation of the Holy Spirit, to stir up an anointing, to apply the healing anointing to your bodies. It is a way walk in the peace of God.
Here are some Scripture Promises about Biblical Meditation:
This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night, that you may observe to do according to all that is written in it, For then you will make your ways prosperous, and then you will have good success. (Josh. 1:8)
But his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruits in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper. (Psa. 1:2-3)
If we apply Biblical Meditation we will prosper and have good success, in all seasons no matter what happens around us. This is only part of the benefits of Biblical Meditation.
In Philippians 4:8 it connects rejoicing, prayer, thanksgiving, the peace of God with Biblical Meditation. We are to meditate on things that are true, noble, just, pure, and lovely, of a good report, virtue and if there is any thing praiseworthy. One of the greatest promises of Biblical Meditation is the peace of God.
Now what is Biblical Meditation?
Biblical Meditation is things we have learned.
Biblical Meditation is things we have received.
Biblical Meditation is things we have heard.
Biblical Meditation is things we have seen.
Biblical Meditation is things that we apply.
If we do these things the God of peace will be with you. (Phil. 4:9)
Biblical Meditation is using all parts of your brain to learn and apply the Word of God. Biblical Meditation is being a doer of the Word of God. Biblical Meditation is using our imaging part of our brain. Biblical Meditation is a form of mentorship. Biblical Meditation is a way to be trained up in the spiritual gifts and you're calling. Biblical Meditation is a way to enter into the presence of the Lord. (1 Tim. 4:15)
In 2 Timothy 2:15 it says to study the word of truth, study is only a part of Biblical Meditation. The word study here means not the Greek way of learning, instead the Hebrew way of learning. Which is Biblical Meditation. This is why we need to apply Biblical Meditation in our training centers and even in the equipping of the saints in the local church.
Furthermore, we are not just to study the Holy Scriptures, instead we are to meditate on the Word of God. Meditate on the Holy Scriptures; meditate on the presence of the Lord, meditate on the fire of the Holy Spirit, meditate on the power of God and gifts of the Spirit, and healing anointing. Meditate on visions and dreams etc.
Father we pray for every person who visits our web sites, we speak grace, grace, we pray for divine changes to come, we pray for an outpouring of revival, signs, wonders, visions, prophecy, and blessings to pour upon every believer. We pray for the healing touch of Christ and the Holy Spirit, we pray for the love of he Father to fill every believer in Christ, we pray open their eyes and ears to see and hear what the Holy Spirit is saying. We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
Father we pray bring reformation, and revival to the church, bring personal reformation and personal revival to every believer in Christ, we apply the anointing upon every believer, we pray for the touch of the Holy Spirit to come upon every person who comes to our web sites, we pray for blessings and the goodness of the Lord to pour upon them, we pray for open doors and fulfillment of prayers and prophetic words for every believer, and we pray for the witness of the Spirit. We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
Father we pray for every person who visits our web sites will have encounter with the Lord, and we pray for an outpouring of angelic hosts upon their lives, we pray for healing and deliverance to come to every person who you the Holy Spirit has led to our outreach. We pray for an outpouring of breakthroughs and blessings upon all believers in Christ. We pray in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.
Father we pray for manifestations of the Kingdom of God to come to every believer in Christ, we pray for the revelation of the Kingdom of God to come to the heart of every believer in Christ, we pray for every person who visits our web sites will have encounters with the Lord, angelic, supernatural, and manifestations of the Holy Spirit in power, in signs, in visions, in miracles.
